ORDERS

  • Custom Designs: You are responsible for ensuring that your custom design does not infringe on any intellectual property rights or violate any laws. We reserve the right to refuse any design that we deem inappropriate or illegal.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other payment methods specified on our website.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

  • Production Time: Estimated production times are provided on our website or at the time of order. These are estimates and may vary based on order volume and other factors.
  • Delivery: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Standard Products: For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Custom Orders: Once a custom order is in production, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order, but we cannot guarantee that we can stop the production process.
  • Standard Orders: Cancellations for standard orders are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.
